ROMPPE: Range of Motion, Proprioception, and Preparedness Exercises The DHF ROMPPE group fitness program is a comprehensive exercise program designed to help athletes increase athleticism by focusing on three key areas: range of motion, proprioception, and preparedness. The program is based on the principle that by improving range of motion, proprioception, and preparedness, athletes can enhance their overall athleticism and perform at a higher level. Program Goal: We believe that with the right training, anyone can improve their physical capabilities and reach their full athletic potential. Program Mission: Our mission is to provide sports teams with the tools and training they need to achieve optimal athleticism and perform at their best. By focusing on the full range of motion, proprioception, and preparedness, we aim to help athletes improve their flexibility, balance, and coordination, while also building strength and endurance.
