MEET OUR TEAM
KRIS CALMESE
President/Founder
​
Kris is our resident guru of health. He has worked closely with the Kankakee County and Chicagoland area for over 12 years where he's trained, mentored, and coached over 7800 participants at every fitness level. Young athletes have earned over $6 Million in college athletic scholarships by following his customized fitness regime. He's helped local fire departments reduce/eliminate expenditures on workman's compensation, and has trained more than 30 active personal trainers.

He is a whole food diet practitioner and hydration enthusiast who enjoys helping clients meet their fullest potential. Kris Calmese is the go-to person for physical and mental preparedness.
SHAUNN NORTHERN
Executive Director
He is often described by the 150+ teens he mentors as a professional role model and currently leads our youth fitness and sports programs. Shaunn Northern is an advocate for mental health who believes that every human can achieve physical and mental preparedness so they can reduce stress and improve their whole quality of life. Say hi when you see him, and he'll always greet you with a fist bump and smile.
