We are a nonprofit organization conveniently located in suite #340 of the Northfield Square Mall. 

We offer high-velocity performance training for every fitness level, youth health & fitness programs, health-oriented social clubs, group training, corporate physical training, healthy consumption courses, weight management practices, online fitness, and more!  As a participant, you will show improvement in power, speed, balance, coordination, agility, and quickness. and build confidence to perform whatever goals you aspire to meet. The Saturday Morning Kid's Club is an hour packed with fun, fitness, and friends. This weight-free fitness program meets every Saturday Morning @ 11am and is designed to get your young ones engaged in good movement through proper mechanics and intensity.

KRIS CALMESE

President/Founder

Kris is our resident guru of health. He has worked closely with the Kankakee County and Chicagoland area for over 12 years where he's trained, mentored, and coached over 7800 participants at every fitness level.  Young athletes have earned over $6 Million in college athletic scholarships by following his customized fitness regime. He's helped local fire departments reduce/eliminate expenditures on workman's compensation, and has trained more than 30 active personal trainers. 

He is a whole food diet practitioner and hydration enthusiast who enjoys helping clients meet their fullest potential.  Kris Calmese is the go-to person for physical and mental preparedness.

SHAUNN NORTHERN

Executive Director

He is often described by the 150+ teens he mentors as a professional role model and currently leads our Saturday Morning Kid's Club. Shaunn Northern is an advocate for mental health who believes that every human can achieve physical and mental preparedness so they can reduce stress and improve their whole quality of life.  Say hi when you see him, and he'll always greet you with a fist bump and smile.
