MEET OUR TEAM
KRIS CALMESE
President/Founder

Kris is our resident guru of health. He has worked closely with the Kankakee County and Chicagoland area for over 12 years where he's trained, mentored, and coached over 7800 participants at every fitness level. Young athletes have earned over $6 Million in college athletic scholarships by following his customized fitness regime. He's helped local fire departments reduce/eliminate expenditures on workman's compensation, and has trained more than 30 active personal trainers.

He is a whole food diet practitioner and hydration enthusiast who enjoys helping clients meet their fullest potential. Kris Calmese is the go-to person for physical and mental preparedness.

Shaunn combines big-picture leadership with hands-on program coordination to help our communities thrive. He thrives on designing impactful health and fitness programs that deliver results that matter.
