Service Description

Our Pre Teen fitness session is a weight free moderate to high intensity workout customized to each individual and created to lay the groundwork on a fit and healthy lifestyle. Participants will build strength, coordination, balance, and confidence. Regular physical activity can help your youngster improve cardiorespiratory fitness, build strong bones and muscles, manage weight, reduce symptoms of anxiety, and reduce the risk of developing health conditions such as: Heart disease. Cancer. Exercise also improves sleep patterns and school performance.
