Service Description

Our Teen/Young Adult performance training sessions are customized to each individual and designed for participants 13 to 18-years-old. Participants in this hour-long session will meet moderate to high intense challenges that are based on their V02 max and fitness goals. Build strength, speed, agility, coordination, balance, quickness, and confidence.. Learn weight management and reduce stress. Regular exercise can help reduce anxiety and symptoms of depression. Teens and young adults who exercise regularly can gain a real sense of accomplishment and pride at having achieved their latest goal. Some weights are used on this level.
