About the event

Flexibility is not only important for runners, gymnasts, etc... it is also important to maintain a range of motion in the joints for everyday movements. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.

Monday Night Stretch at The Department Of Health & Fitness is a full private hour of guided stretching, designed to help increase blood flow to your muscles and activate your parasympathetic nervous system. Book now to join and release endorphins that can help reduce pain and enhance your mood.  

All are welcome to join!  This is a hybrid event.  Stretch with us at the studio, or tune in live from the comfort of your home.
